Who can order from The Sweets Hub Wholesale?
The Sweets Hub Wholesale is strictly for bulk orders. Customers must register for an account and provide proof of business before placing orders. We reserve the right to approve or decline account applications at our discretion.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. Our minimum order value is £300. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bank Transfer. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What is your shipping policy?
We deliver to mainland UK only. Free standard delivery applies to orders over £750. Additional charges apply for non-mainland UK areas. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or internationally. For full delivery details, please view our Shipping Policy.
When does responsibility for goods transfer to me?
Responsibility for goods transfers upon delivery and signature at the delivery address provided. Please ensure goods are checked before signing.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence is required. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Can I return products?
Due to the wholesale and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless goods are confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied in accordance with our Returns Policy.
What happens if an item is out of stock after I place an order?
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a similar substitute of the same value or an alternative flavour. Substitutions are only made after customer confirmation. If preferred, a refund will be issued for the unavailable item.
Do you provide English labels for imported products?
English label stickers may be available for selected products, as provided by the supplier. Please request this at the time of ordering by adding a note at checkout.
Are heat-sensitive products shipped at my risk?
Yes. During warm weather, heat-sensitive products are shipped at the customer’s own risk. We are not liable for heat-related damage once goods have been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email from us or our courier partner. Please allow 24–48 working hours for dispatch.
