This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through our website.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Halloween, dispatch may take 2–3 working days.

DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Drivers may assist where possible, but are not required to move pallets inside your premises.
A redelivery fee will apply if no one is available to receive the goods.
NON-MAINLAND UK DELIVERIES
Additional delivery charges apply for non-mainland UK addresses, including:
- Isle of Wight
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
Please get in touch with us for a custom delivery quote if your order is being shipped to any of the above areas.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
- Parcels must be checked upon arrival, and discrepancies reported within 24 hours.
- Pallet deliveries must be checked within 15 minutes before signing. Claims cannot be accepted if signed as “unchecked” or “correct”.
- Heat-sensitive products are shipped at the customer’s own risk during warm weather.
- Residential pallet deliveries incur a surcharge. Please notify us when placing your order.
DO YOU DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND?
No, we only deliver to mainland UK and some Scottish Highlands.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
